I’m Carla Rosado—Founder, CEO, intuitive, mentor, and someone who understands what it feels like to hold it all together on the outside while something deeper isn’t quite right.

On paper, I’ve spent over 20 years in financial systems, accounts receivable, auditing, and revenue recovery—helping businesses get their money right and operate the way they’re supposed to. I know how to fix what’s not working, find what’s missing, and make things make sense.

But life isn’t just systems and numbers.

​

At some point, I found myself in that place a lot of people quietly live in—overwhelmed, burned out, pushing through, and doing what needed to be done… but not fully aligned.

That’s what led me to expand my work.

Today, I bring both worlds together—strategy and transformation.

Through medical billing, consulting, coaching, and energy work, I help people get clear, get unstuck, and move forward—whether that’s in their business, their income, or their life.

Sometimes that looks like helping a provider finally get paid properly.
Sometimes it looks like helping someone work through fear that’s been holding them back for years. And sometimes it’s simply helping you figure out your next move and trust yourself again.
